my husband, the Certified Hottie™

read time: 1:11

Hi Reader,

I'm solo mommin' it this week while my husband travels for work.

I usually feel antsy about him leaving... I jokingly call him Mr. Mom because he's a wonderfully active parent (and a Certified Hottie™, but I digress).

So as the days approach to his departure, I get a little anxious.

Breakfasts to make
Lunches to pack
Daycare drop offs
Bedtime routines

Basically, it’s a lot of me doing all the things.

But then… he actually leaves........... and it's kinda nice. 🫢

Our kids (8, 5, and 3) magically become model citizens. I find my groove. I start feeling wildly capable. Dare I say… proud?

Like... I'm doin' it! I can do this! Go me!!! I'm adult-ing!!!

Isn't that how hard things always go?

We feel antsy leading up to it (maybe even during it), but then we get an overwhelming sense of accomplishment.

The leap always feels scarier than the landing.

The buildup is full of “what ifs,” but the doing? That’s where the confidence lives. The proof you can absolutely handle it.

Just like hitting “send” on that email you’ve been overthinking. Or launching the offer you’ve been sitting on. Or finally shifting your messaging because you know your current copy isn’t cutting it.

Yes, it might feel messy and nerve-wracking upfront…

But on the other side? A deep exhale. A rush of pride. A little voice that says: Look at me goooo!

👉 So, what’s the leap you’ve been avoiding?

Maybe you need some support to take it on.

I have openings for half- and full-VIP days, plus 1-hour coaching sessions.

Interested? Message me.

🧡 Hayley
